skylor12344
I am wanting to get 99 str really bad and im planning on getting it through the dagg's at the lighthouse because im absolutley tired of slayer, giant spiders are boring, armored zombies are too crowded, and monkey gaurds isnt really the best exp ever..i cant afford to do the mm tunnels or i would..so i was wondering how much exp i can get per/hr at the dagg's? heres my setup: Neitiznot Helm Glory Guthans body/skirt Legends cape Guthans spear(for healing)/ Dragon scimi/dbaxe(for special) Rune defender Dragon boots Barrows gloves Warrior ring(only because they dont drop very good things) P.S i cant afford the SS so its kind of out of the question for training and i only have about 1.8m right now
Danqazmlp
Can i suggest if you want a different and more interesting training area, you try ankous at the bottom level of the SOS. You can use a salve there so it boosts your exp, the monsters are agressive and they have some fairy decent drops. Just alternate between the ankous/ghost and ankou/skepeton rooms when they become unnagressive. Or if you really want to kill daggs, don't use the lighthouse. They are always crowded and will often have cannoners, for the same exp you should use the ones in the north west corner of the chaos tunnels. They have very low defence, and there are TONS of them. You have to pray from range, however the drops will easily cover the potions. the gear to use would be a compromise between prayer and str bonus, with about 10 prayer potions and some alch runes, then whatever extra gear/pots you wish to bring. They drop alot of alchable items like fremmnick blades/helms/shield swhich alch for 4k each, and they drop dagannoth hides too. The flattened and stretched are only 1.5k ish each, but the circular are 20k+ each and sell instantly on the g.e, and you will get a fair amount of them too. There are enough dagganoths in there to even possibly chin thats how many there are. Bring a combat familiar too, as its a multi area. Want to be my friend? Go down the rope north west of edgeville, and pretty much keep heading north west, take an antifire shield as you have to go past bronze dragons. they are in the most north western room. Quigs
Giant spider are boring because they are entirely AFK, armored zombies are amazing xp (and not too crowded), monkey guards are decent xp but not the best, and mm tunnels don't cost too much (40k an hour I've heard). Dagganoths give about 60-70k xp an hour I have heard but you would be much better off training on one of the above. And you might consider borrowing an ss from a good friend. gorgoroth
Daggonaths are, in my experience, about 65k - 70k exp a hour. I did a few trips there not too long ago and i was dissapointed in the outcome. I found Ankou to be much better as i can get alot of good drops there and upto 80k Exp a hour if i push myself. **Thanks to Boo_Boy666 for my amazing Singnature**[hide=Slaytanicc's Achievments]|99Cooking achieved 24Dec 2008|99Strength achieved 17Feb 2009|99Hit Points achieved 8April 2009||99Defense achieved 29May 2009|99Attack achieved 2August 2009|99Ranged achieved 14August 2009|[/hide][hide=Guides by Slaytanicc]Aviansie Maging + Ranging Guide (Must Read!!)Iron Mining + Banking GuideGreen Dragons GuideAnkou Slaying Guide[/hide]
