I'm trying to do the varrock acheivment diaries, what is the fastest way to said level w/o penguins or lamps. Levels in sig.

Smithing mithril plates with steal construction hammers.

 

70 farming will take a while, but plamt limpwurts (since you need exp more then money), the highest herb and allotment you can.

 

Fruit and normal trees with the left over money from the herb, veg and limp profit.

I smithed to 69 using superheat item. Sat in a bank and made iron bars for a few days.

 

 

 

For farming, get a set route down and do it 2-3 times a day. Hit the 4 areas and the Troll patch for herbs. Make compost every round and do trees once every 2 days.
