F2P Magic Problems

Featured Replies

Lots of people have asked this and so do I.Here is a example of why this should be addressed. There is a clan of 10 F2P pkers.5 are melee,2 are mage, and the rest are rangers.(Never never have i seen this)The team marches into a crowded bounty hunter area and begins to fight. The 2 mages are singled out and heck even a full force of a air blast cant take down a melee with full rune.(No d hides or anything). In P2P that would never happen.Whatever happened to a triangle? Now its more of a combat line. Melee pretty much dominates in F2P.Maybe except those Pking worlds where 10 mages can gang up on 1 melee.

Eh. Mage has been severely underpowered since who-knows-when.

well...ya...magic in f2p is kinda usless (teleports aside) i got my mage level up to where it is now jsut so i could say i can use all f2p spells. the only runes you will ever see in my bank are laws, airs, fires, and a few waters...

Sorry but this is more of a rant than a debate. And I would move this to the correct forum (Rants), but we already have many threads there that address the issue of F2P Magic being underpowered. Here is one of the threads: F2P Mage and range underpowered. Feel free to add your comments to that thread :)
