March 28, 200917 yr Nope. They are worse then monk robes, and look like black mage robes. They're just novelty items. EDIT - Signature far exceeds our sig limits but since it's so colourful you can keep it.

They're just novelty items. sorry to be pedantic but they actually look like priest robes, though they are equally as useless and untradeable. Woodcutting does not raise your combat level because most people do not play as yew trees.
