Are you at the one by the Tree Gnome Village (not at Brimstail's cave)?

To turn it into the chime you have to go to the place where you did it in the quest, which is in the dungeon by the Tree Gnome Village.

March 29, 200917 yr You can't have the saw and chimes at the same time. You need to revert your saw back to the seed. You can do this at either Singing Bowl. ~It's Super Effective!
