March 31, 200917 yr Hi, What's the main difference between knives and darts? Is it accuracy? power? etc. Which is better for training ranged? And should i train with the best i can easily afford? Ie, if i can afford using miths instead of steels, should i buy them, or just use bronze or something? And lastly, are Yaks the ebst training spot? or can you suggest some good ones? Thanks in advance :)
March 31, 200917 yr Knives of the same metal as darts have more ranged strength and accuracy bonus, while being just as fast. The best knives in my opinion are black knives, reasonably priced and they hit quite a lot higher than bronze. I personally tried ranging at the normal bloodvelds in the meiyerditch caverns a while ago. With void, 10% range pray, black knives and a hydra, range/def potting every 9 minutes, I got 72k xp/hour. I lost around 100k in supplies for that 72k xp, and got 45k in blood rune drops plus some green/gold charms. If you can access them, I really recommend it.
