Well, I recently joined The Artisan's Guild, and to keep myself busy I said I'd have a shot at a logo, they may or may not use, but I've hit a snag, I'm no good at text yet, so if a pixeler could finish it off I would be thankful for it.

 

 

 

As you can see the is a bit not coloured in, across this band the words 'The Artisan's Guild' need to appear, preferable in an old style or writing, please no one go into publisher, type out the words and use the rotate tool, I want this done properly, thanks again if you do, here is the image:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Please do not altar anything apart from the band in which the text appars, I will fill the background in when it's done.

I cant really figure aout what it is!, But I like the colors, looks like a house or something like that! :D

I think it's a coat of arms, or a shield, Dude.

Looks good. One thing I'd suggest, is that you slant the middle area so that it's on the same angle as the bottom-right half of the shield (aswell as the sand-turner thing).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And for that matter, I think it would also look nicer if you adjusted the 'diagonal scaline' kind of pattern to also fit along the same angle.

But yea, good start. Unfortunately, i'm not the one to be adding text.. you can always give it your own shot though, everyone's gotta start somewhere. :)

colours are good but looking into it the detail isnt :S
