OwnagePie
Hi, I guess I'll start by introducing myself. I started playing this one particular account a while back, and just last year it was hacked. Now I didn't really mind, but after a few months I tried getting it back. I failed. Then I tried again yesterday, and I succeeded. =] Well turns out this hacker got membership on my account for Jan. 2009. I'm thinking the hacker has some info that will get him my account back. I changed my password, bank pin, email address, and recovery questions/answers. From where should I send this message to them, and what should I tell them exactly to make sure the hacker doesn't get my account back? What's a sig? SomeWelshGuy
You can no longer send casual messages to Jagex. You can contact them for billing issues or if you have lost your account, but there is no way to directly contact them. Retired Tip.It Crew Mapper. OwnagePie
Oh then that sucks because I want to get members, but w/o the risk of getting hacked. What's a sig?
My_Eggs
Oh then that sucks because I want to get members, but w/o the risk of getting hacked. Well if you have the most recent members info on the account (the info you will get for signing up for members), then Jagex will most likely not go for the old info if the hacker tries getting it back, but even if they do, you have the most recent info and could get it back easily. 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving. Jagex'd out of my untrimmed hp cape on 6/14/2011.
