I have completed the quest and one of the bones I collected during the quest was a rat bone but the list still requests that i give him a rat bone. Is this a glitch or is there another way to get another rat bone??? I have killed a lot of rats to complete the quest wish list with no luck Lvl 1 (regular rats), 3 (Giant rats in Varrock sewers), 6 (also in Varrock sewers), 9 (Blessed rats), 26 (Giant rats -3 is security stronghold), 47 ( angry giant rats in Tolna's dungeon).

 

 

 

Killed over 100 of each and can't complete quest?!?!?!?! :evil:

Yes that was one of the original bones for the quest ,but wish list still has it at needing a rat bone.

I suggest using the search function in your bank, you might have stored it accidentally.

 

 

 

Also, try checking your in-game quest menu, as well as checking with the Rag and Bone man himself.

You have to complete the 1st part of the quest 1st, Then it is optional weather or not you want to give the Bone Man to get the Bone Sack/Ram Skull Helmet. You must give him all the bones on the list on one of the houses in the area polished.

 

 

 

To get polished bones,you need to buy an empty pot (most general stores sell these) and buy vinegar from Furtado who can be found in Draynor market place (he's the wine seller). You then use the vinegar with the empty pot I think then add the unpolished bone to the pot of vinegar.

 

 

 

Then you got to use the pot with bone inside on the pot boiler next to the Rag & Bone Man I think then light it
