I would recommend training it on air runes. It nets in the most profit \ If you aren't looking for profit however Earth Runes > Fire Runes > Water Runes (Xp wise, from what I've discovered)

Outside of Earth Rc'ing gloves, the fastest xp possible in f2p is earth tiaras using Varrock teleport. Crafting earth runes is a cheaper alternative if you have trouble buying the talismans.

 

 

 

Air rc'ing is not worth it. You profit, but you won't get much at all until 77 rc. Either way, it's not worth sacrificing speed for, even at level 88.
