Does anybody have a rough idea on how much exp per hour you get chinning mummies in chaos tunnels with 90 range, eagle eye prayer and full void.

Don't chin mummies, they are horrible. Chin at monkey skeletons in ape atoll, they are much faster and easier.

No, you may have to hop once or twice if you have a certain spot you want to use, but other than that it's not really hard to get one.
