Need advice on DEF Training (special conditions)

Hey there guys. Ive made a Def Pure a while back when My Main account was Banked from being a member....Anyways, I spent a good amount of time playing the account and got to 40 def with 1 atk and 1 str fighting monks. I also made a skiller out of it getting all Base F2P skills to atleast level 40. I have wc at 73 which I plan to max out.

 

 

 

 

 

Heres what I need help with. I plan on getting DEF to level 60 with str and atk being at level 1. For a f2per, where would be the best place to train my def and with what weapon, considering my atk is 1. Thanks who ever can help me with my goals.

 

 

 

Def is 43 now witht eh help of random genies.

probaly cows with a iron scim

Monks are also a good choice because they heal themselves. I leveled by 1 1 40 there.

i heard they no longer heal them selfs thus making it unreliable

the attack speed is 6 so how is it faster??

my mistake i was always told dagger was fastest weapon

you could try flesh crawlers because u get decent drops and they only have a max hit of 1 so it makes them afkable

Thanks. I level from 1 to 40 to killing monks but it just got extremely boring. Ill give felsh crawlers a try. What weapon are they weak too?
