April 16, 200917 yr Earth runes w/ varrock teleport is the best xp in f2p. Alternatively, if you craft air runes, you can alch while you do it so you don't lose run energy. I suppose you could do it with earths too, but if you're high enough level and do it with airs, you'll profit (and cover the costs of alching). ~It's Super Effective!
