I am currently 70 and I am hoping to get 80 at least. However, if you have any tips for training it to 99 please free feel to answer. acenator Posted April 18, 2009 Share Posted April 18, 2009 According to this guide, super strength and/or super defence potions are best from 66-81 herblore after which sara brews are "the most efficient potion to make" all the way through 99.
