April 20, 200917 yr Currently, I'm at 69 mage. What is the easiest way to level it under a 3m budget? I have more, but it's invested in my mask, and I'm waiting for masks to rise again. I'm trying for atleast one level. Also, if you can, include a cheap but slow way. I have a lot of time and I'm willing to go a cheap but slow way if it's more efficient.
