OMG I can't take this anymore! For some reason my laptop keep getting DC from my internet. Every 5-10 mins my laptop gets Dced and reconnects after 2-3 mins. My internet provider is AT&T and my laptop is using wireless internet. Here is the laptop I have and router. My desktop seems to work fine.

P.S-- If this router is the problem, then I guess ill return it. Do you guys and any recommendations on a good router UNDER 150$.

Check;

 

• the wires to the router.
   
  for interference.
   
  if there's a timeout set up on the route.
   
  your details are are correct in the router
   
  the settings are correct for your ISP

 

 

 

If it still has trouble;

 

• Ring your ISP
   
  Buy an iPlate (fixed a lot of issues I had)
   
  Try wired connection to rule out wireless issues.
   
  Replace the filter
   
  Try another phone socket (it should be on the master line)
