Whip Pure question

This is probably a stupid question, but how do 70 atk; whatever level str pures use a whip without raising their atk or def lvls any higher? or do they? Idk lol

They must raise att or they could use an ss.

So unless you are planning on raising your attack to 75 eventually for a godsword, there is no use in making it 70 attack for whip alone because you will eventually raise either attack or defence?

They train with dragon skimmy\ss and pk with a whip.

What do you mean it probably won't level you lol. If you pk a decent amount you'll easily get to 71 sometime :/ oh well

Which is why they fight on controlled, they gain little exp in att/def. To go from 70-71 is around 75k exp. That means they need to do about 75k worth of hits to gain a level. They may also use a spec weapon, such as a DDp++, that has a str option they use when fighitng. Or they may mage/range while they pk.
