ok im gonna be honest here, i hate quests. i mean REALLY REALLY hate quests. and i was just wondering if there is any easy way to get to troll strong hold without doing the quest? cause i really dont want to do that quest

There are a few ways, but all longer then the direct teleport.

 

1. Games necklace to games room then run west, southwest then up the side of the mountain.

 

2. Fairy ring AJR then run north east.

 

3. Lyre then run east, north east.

Without doing the quest, there is no way to enter the stronghold period, let alone without a teleport. Doing the quest unlocks the ability to enter Trollheim. The teleport itself is a reward for a later quest, Eadgar's Ruse.
