Here is what your looking for. http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/negative http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/credit It simply means that you have negative number of membership days on your account. In order to become a member you must reimburse Jagex for the negative days (because your payment option was thought to be acceptable, but invalid after a closer look).
