I have a 1 def pure with 30something attack and 44 str and wondering whats the best place to train it in f2p since im bored of my main. where 1 defence doesnt eat up all of my food.

 

 

 

going for 40 attack and 80 str :P

Flesh Crawlers in the Stronghold of Security's 2nd level have a max hit of 1 and they're aggressive.

 

 

 

I don't know how frequently they'll hit against 1 defence, though. Shouldn't be too bad.
