My melee stats are:

 

 

 

Strength: 61

 

Attack: 61

 

Defence: 61

 

 

 

Anyone got any advice on the fastest way to increase this?

Although slayer pays out in the long run, you want speed..

 

so you can go with expirements, flesh crawlers, or ankous w/ salve ammy (e)[best]

 

when you hit level 70 melee stats you can go for armored zombies if you have a high enough prayer (60+)

Flesh crawlers drop a ton of herbs and fire runes. Ankous won't be very efficient at your level. I've been doing giant frogs, but I don't think 61 defense is high enough. I did monkey madness around those stats so you could do that.
