I'm looking for the best ways to train my defence levels, and i've come to ask about Soul Wars

 

1.) If I used melee, on defence, and only used Zeal points on defence every 100 Zeal, what would the exp rates be, considering I get an average of 5 Zeal an hour. (Defence is 72 right now)

 

2.) Using melee in SW, what is the best set-up? I was thinking Verac's, I do not mind spending the money getting it fixed every ~10 hours

 

3.) Am I being stupid, are there better ways of training melee out there?

Train melee via slayer :P If you don't want to do that I suggest armored zombies over sw.
