To start defender of varrock the quest log says i need 51 agility, is this neccessary to START the quest? can i use an agility pot? can i get to armoured zombies without 51 agility needed?

You can try starting the quest. I haven't completed the quest yet, but got to the part of AZ's. I didn't use any amount of agility to get to them.
