Yeah, it does feel a bit like a WIP.

 

 

 

I don't really know what to think of this. I like the idea behind it, but the bubbles seem very sharp and the smudging feels a little out of place. It's also quite monotone, but that's not too strange considering the whole concept of this piece. :P
