I bought a broken xbox 360 with the rrod off some kid at school for 40 bucks, came with 5 games and a controller plus all hook ups so I fixed it with the x clamp fix and the thing still works. Bought another off ebay and fixed it and its worked for a couple weeks and just broke down again. The hardware was poorly designed but I like the xbox 360 and enjoy the online play.

 

As for ps3 I havent had one but my friend has one and just bought an xbox 360 and has been playing the xbox more.
