May 17, 200917 yr I'm not really sure on an exact number, but I know that they don't last very long. So I'd say it's best to get a whole bunch of them in bulk. Be careful though as they do not stack in your bank.

May 17, 200917 yr What the wiki quote does not show is that you divide that number by 2 to get the ammount of xp the helm actualy gives. You will gain that much xp while wearing the helm, and 15k is roughly half of that so what you herd is correct. The helm gives a little more than 15k exp, so lasts for a bit more than 30k exp.
