PayByCash

Featured Replies

Quick question. How long does Paybycash take to process? I don't remember from the last time I did it.

I sent my subscription off a while ago. I suppose it's been about a week or so, and was thinking there'd be a confirmation email or something once they got it. But now thanks to paranoia and inadequacy, I'm wondering if I just threw my money into a hole, since it wasn't a business sized envelope, I can't remember if the stamp was enough, I forgot to put a return address on it, and other insignificant etceteræ.

Hey, if it didn't go through at least I'll have more time on my hands.

Could have got lost in the mail.

Next time when sending the money, send it via recorded delivery. That way you know when it arrives. Sometimes it takes a rogue postal worker to steal it, or it can simply get lost in the mail.

As a company, Jagex knows how damaging it would be to steal money from customers, and since the fee would go to the billing department, they deal with money coming in almost daily.

I can not say whether the postal service, or a Jagex employee is at fault. Give it another week, then consider contacting your postal service.
