You need to work on defining a focal. So far, there are effects scattered everywhere, and they add nothing to the piece and make it chaotic.

IMO background destroys whole image. It's too blurry. And render isn't blended. Of course I'm not pro in making sigs - but that's all that 'hurts' me in this sig.
