First of all, make about 3m from killing green dragons. You should get 70 attack from that, then buy a whip and some good armor. Then work your way up to 70 defense for Barrows.

Oh, that's a ton different. If I were you I'd get members asap. I don't know much about high level f2p.

I'd either get the level for gop and do that or fight something like flesh crawlers for melee exp.

If you're staying F2P, I suggest fighting Ankous in SOS.
