Fire Giants, Ogres, Moss Giants, or if you're not bothered about drops you can try Experiments. Make sure you use iron knives, much quicker than bow + arrows.

cannoning ice trolls at neitznot, wear yak hide and shield. And take any other weapon of choice to kill the ice troll females that range you.

 

 

 

You have to pray from melee all the time so wear the best prayer giving armor you can get.

 

 

 

Using this method you'll get about 50k range xp an hour and almost break even through their drops
