Draco_Mage
Question - Should I superheat Adamant or another "faster" ore? I mean, is there really any disadvantage to superheating something like gold, which is probably alot quicker than adamant? I'd like to make 99 mage quicker than it's turning out to be with Adamant, but wasn't sure what the pros/cons are to investing in a different type of ore? Draco_Mage
Then something like iron or whatever. I'm just curious as to why I was advised Adamant (several people in-game) when it is much slower.

Draco_Mage
After calculating it out, superheating iron bars will cost the same as alching mage longs. So, perhaps it's a better option? Considering you get the smithing experience? Or is it advised to stick with adamant?
