What is the full process of making broad-tipped bolts?

You get the broad bolt tips and then add feathers?

I know that, but is there any way to obtain the bolts without buying them?

I don't think so. Using Broad-tipped bolts are just like mithril-adamant, I think. They actually hit higher then addy, for me.

You said Barbed, not Broad. #-o Barbed are the things you buy from the Ranging Guild with Archery Tickets. Don't use them, they're not worth it.

I don't think so. Using Broad-tipped bolts are just like mithril-adamant, I think. They actually hit higher then addy, for me.

 

Broad-tipped bolts are an entirely different item altogether.

Oh, and they're the same as addy. +100 ranged strength.

as said above: only way to make broad bolts is to buy the ability from slayer master and buy the unfinished bolts from a master or get them as a drop from kurasks...
