June 1, 200917 yr After looking at the topic on here by Sirhemen i'm starting to have 2nd thoughts about getting them. However would you guys reconmend me getting them seeing as: 1. My slayer level is "low" 2. The best rfd gloves i have at the mo are the rune ones. 3. i have 117 tokens (from when i was f2p) Thanks I have now got a 42 black dragon task. And me being the kind of guy who doesn't want to wimp out on a tough task wants to kill the adults. I know of the area in zanaris wich would probably be better than the one nr catherby. So my question is this; should i: a) Range them as i know of the safe spot or B) melee them. If you guys could give me some tips on this it'd be great. June 1, 200917 yr personaly getting the gloves is not worth it u can better use tokens on rc gloves or armor for when u get free again... for the task: if you prefer speed, just melee them with proslyte and melee prayer. althou u will probably not gain or even lose money since ppots are quite expensive atm... personaly i just range them with void, rune xbow, broad bolts and about 6doses of range potion. if u bank the hides u can gain quite a lot so take a terrorbird with u (dont take a tortoise since most of the time the tortoise timer runs out before u filled it completely). Since you're low on range, you might consider ranging, for the exp. If you really aren't up for it, just melee, it might be faster, yet unprofitable. You can also turn the task into something fun, and slay KBDs in a team :) Thanks to Vey for the hawt siggie <3
