Recently Demoted to F2P, now getting 99 attack via giant spiders

It used to be best but then they nerfed it after the first week or so to where it gives only like 400 exp a lap

They said they redid the experience rates by comparing with other courses so that it would be the best experience for mid-level players, but not as fast as higher-level courses.
