Indeed. i have a 20lb weight vest I sometimes wear but that sort of becomes your body weight so it doesn't bother me as much.

it isn't like a seperate weight you have to lift, like a machine or freeweights. It just kinda hooks onto you.

 

on a separate note i keep seeing commercials for this new push-up bra. I click that its not relevant to me but it keeps showing up...

I thought you meant you weighed 20 pounds when you wore it. Dumbbells/barbells hook onto you... just for a shorter time.

Yeah but you have to hold them whereas with like a weight vest, you clip it on, you just feel like a big ol' fatty. it feels like its your weight.

 

Also you can just drop and do pushups or situps anywhere with a few square feet.

Don't really want huge muscles, huge muscles are heavy, often inflexible, and not necessarily strong.

I won't pretend to be completely without self-consciousness though, a little bigger and more definition wouldn't bug me.
