^You know, I had the same feeling, I have never been in any math class that advanced yet, to my level. Yet I felt I understood it.

Funny, the students could do a better job then the teacher.

I haven't either. But in my dabbles in programming I came across them, so that's where I knew about them from. Just never realized what they were.

 

And, no, the students don't teach better than the teacher. Just differently, and more from a standpoint of "This is how you do it," than "This is why you do it."
