I'm only taking Calc and English. I don't care about social studies at all, and I don't have room for Chem. Don't have pre-reqs for Accounting.

 

World History is a sophomore class, American is Junior class, Accounting is Junior/Senior class. All the others are senior classes. However, if you have the prereqs, you can get in before senior year, it's just hard to do so. I know a couple Juniors who took AP Calc this year. Ruined their GPA for it too. Was kinda funny.

Huh. Okay. I switched out AP US History for AP Eng and I just decided to remove Programming in Java and AP Environmental Sciences out of my schedule. I'm interested on why my school doesn't have AP Chem, but I'm taking the honors level of that course so it's all good.

Also, there's a possibility that I might not make it into AP Eng, or into Honors Chem but I will work my ass off to make sure I do. If not I'll just put APUSH back on my schedule.

My school doesn't have AP chem until next year, actually. It and AP Accounting are being added.

 

Apparently Nebraska colleges were impressed by our science classes before the AP label, so it's basically just for out of state colleges.

 

Also, Dylan took Accounting II this year. Next year it's an AP class. So he took an AP class, and passed it (Which is kinda surprising considering. He's failing PoliSci right now. I have a 95.), but didn't get any credit for it. Kinda funny.

Yeah I'm getting a 79 in Bio. That's only because I was really just [bleep]ing around in that class not paying attention the last few months. I really need to get my [cabbage] together in that class.

Luckily there are plenty of chances to bring that grade up in the coming weeks.

 

Actually, I lied about the Eng. I thought it was a 75, but it's actually an 87. That means I can easily meet the qualifications for AP Eng, which is to finish Sophomore English honors with above a 90.

Speaking of bringing grades up - I have a 95 in English right now. I'm doing pretty well, I'm very happy with it. There's currently about 2000 points in the gradebook.

 

Coming in is our Great Gatsby projects, about 200-300 points, our research papers, 1000 points, our 2nd term portfolios, 500 points, and our final, 200-300 points. We're doubling our points in the last 3 days of school.

 

This pisses me off so [bleep]ing much. I'm not going to like college for this reason. :/

Not really. I'm going to fail the final. And I'm pretty well sucking up my portfolio, and already did so with my research paper and Projects.

End of English is gonna suck. Hope I don't get stuck in Regents with all those schmucks who can't read a one-hundred page book in a day.

 

Honestly, even in Honours there are some kids who've legitimately never read an entire book. Not through more than half a decade of reading asignments.
