However, if you have the prereqs, you can get in before senior year, it's just hard to do so. I know a couple Juniors who took AP Calc this year. Ruined their GPA for it too. Calc 1 is one of the hardest classes to get into at Kearney High, you basically have to take all but one math class for it. That's 5 math classes in 4 years for most people. It might be possible if Calc were 1 semester instead of 3 terms, but that's what you've got.
