Hey, im trying to making a runescape video but with windows movie maker but when i try to upload it to youtube it shrinks it to make room for the extra blank parts at top and bottom.

Could someone crop the top part off and reupload it for me to download?

If you have Vista, then just select 'Windows Media HD 720p' instead of whatever codec you're saving to when you publish the video in WMM.

 

 

 

Basically: Publish To This Computer > Go Through All The Dialog Until You Get To The 'Save As' or Sometimes Called /Best Playback To This Computer':

 

 

 

When you get there select the 'More Settings' and now you should have several options to save the video as. Select Windows Media HD 720p or Windows Media HD XboX 720p. Either one works.

 

 

 

It'll publish the video into 1280x720 resolution, which YouTube's HD player is in, so you won't get any bars.

 

 

 

Remember to do this with the raw footage, and none previously saved as anything.

 

 

 

Also by changing the resolution you'll probably distort some pixels, depending on the quality of the record, which in your case it may.
