well i'm thinking of buying zamorakian spear since i'll be needing a lot of charms in the future. But at the moment i wouldn't be using it at all, so i was wondering if it would be easy to lend it out.

Not in particular. There are two main uses for it (as you already know), none of which is awfully popular, and that makes borrowers hard to find.
