HugeBrain Posted June 7, 2009 Share Posted June 7, 2009 in the section of the quest guide where it lists the steps on how to disable the subermarine with the use the wrench on the panel to open it etc. it is missing a step. before tape the ends together you have to "use wire on opened panel" or some variation of that text.
