Where to train range? (F2P)

I made a new pure and he has 30 ranged. I was wondering what would be the best thing to train on. I don't care about cash, i just want quick exp.

 

 

 

P.S. 1 def so i need something that wouldn't hit alot.

Minotaurs, hill giants, black knights, cows, lessers, catepolans

Minotaurs level 26 or so, I forgot, with lobbies works well.

 

If you find taking to much damage then level 13 minotaurs then.

EDIT: To the above poster, you should not be taking damage at the level 28 minotaurs since there is a very obvious safespot right there.

High hp, low defence, and if you get too much damage you can safespot em.

 

 

 

They also drop gems to compensate food costs.
