What is the best method to get 70 ranged in both p2p and f2p. What is the typical exp per hour? What equipment should be used. If p2p, pref. through slayer.

Ranged slayer isnt that good but its more fun than anything else imo:

For F2P, I think Ice giants or Hill giants.. or maybe even Moss Giants. Not sure on XP or anything of the like, but it comes with profit and prayer xp. 2 things hard to get in F2P.

 

 

 

Other than that,

 

Fire Giants for xp/money,

 

Green or Blue Dragons for money/xp

 

Yaks for xp,

 

Pest Control for void, if you want it.
