ya,I gotta learn to do borders,can't find a good tut or any1 to teach me

make a new layer> click on the rectangle tool>control a>right click and click stroke>stroke settings put to 'inside' and 1-3 pixels and u can do any color.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

u can mess with blending options if u wish.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

thats just a simple one. u can make other borders pretty easy, just main thing is to make a new layer.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

EDIT: good-tutorials.com search for borders.

New layer>Ctrl+A>Then go Edit, Stroke.
