CoRnMaN Posted September 4, 2005 Share Posted September 4, 2005 make a new layer> click on the rectangle tool>control a>right click and click stroke>stroke settings put to 'inside' and 1-3 pixels and u can do any color. u can mess with blending options if u wish. thats just a simple one. u can make other borders pretty easy, just main thing is to make a new layer.
