last time i got him, i paid all the npc 5 logs to keep the fire allighten, but almost all guides dont include that. so my question is, is it worth to pay them?

Depends how fast you are. I would give extra logs to the first half of beacons and then not to the last half. But that would just be my strategy.

well since they all advise to start with the frozen waste land 1, that would be impossible... :s

I would do the same thing.

 

When I did my 10 Beacons for the Ring of Fire and Flame Gloves, I gave the first 5 people extra logs.

 

 

 

I was using Yew Logs and the Beacons kept burning for a long time. (Even though I messed up and forgot to fill up one beacon, I was still able to do it :lol: )

 

 

 

I started with the one near the River Salve. All the guides I looked at and the one I used recommended to start there. I suggest you do that.

I've gotten the adze twice, using maples...

 

 

 

The first time was cake, and the second time I forgot to fill the edge beacon, then forgot to light it, then I forgot to light the Goblin village one :XD:

 

 

 

Start at Blaze.

 

Go to Bone Man

 

Tele to Varrock, run to the top two near Jolly inn

 

Then run to GE.

 

Tele to Edge(Glory)

 

Run around to the one near Black Knights

 

Teleport to Goblin Village with Teleorb

 

Games necklace teleport to Burthorpe.

 

Trollheim, then run down, light that beacon, climb into the wilderness, and run south, light the beacon between burthorpe and trollheim.

 

Then tele back to Trollhiem, light the GWD, climb down to the wilderness, and just run all the way north, lighting the beacons along the way.

This method looks pretty solid.

 

Except, aside from Teleing to Varrock for the 3rd and 4th beacons , the guide I used said to Games Necklace Tele to Fist of Guthix which is a little closer.
