I'm almost finished with the Cold War quest. I have the cowbell and the bongos but I can't get back to the outpost. I tried talking to Larry but all he says is "Our work is at the iceberg now. I will meet your there." How do I get to the outpost?

Speak to the KGP agent and he'll let you through, then left click on the avalanche and you should see the option use avalanche and you will enter the outpost.

Teleport to Relleka (I moved my house there, lol) or Camelot and walk to Larry's boat at the rock crabs; he'll take you back to the iceberg.
