The island is accessible only by boat from Rellekka's most southwest dock. Talk with Jarvald." This is not true as the level 72 lunar magic Waterbirth island teleport, or group teleport will lead you there as well. It may in fact be beneficial for one group member to be on lunar magics so they can cure poisons for the group, and should things get (more) dangerous, group tele everyone out, and they will end up in the same place, should they wish to try again.
