Do I have to keep my approval rating at 100% or can I just raise it just before I take from the coffers.

You dont have to keep your approval rating at 100% but the higher you keep it the more resources you get. Raising it just before you take from the coffers will only affect the future days, not the days that have passed since you last collected

 

Example: Consider 10% of your coffers (let's say you have them full, so it maxes at 75k for the day) and multiply this by your approval rating (say 90%). 75,000 gp * .9 is 67,500 gp. That's how much will be spent on gathering resources for that day. The full 75,000 gp will be deducted, but since your approval rating was only 90% 7,500 gp was wasted.

Thanks for your reply. I read somewhere else that your approval rating only affected what you got on the day you withdraw but I'll just go everydday and get that 1%. Its not like its a lot of work, and it gives me something else to do.

Also, should I take the resources everyday when I go to raise my approval or let them accumulate. If I let them accumulate, how long should I let them do so.

^ It doesn't really matter. I usually collect them once a week when I refill the money in my coffers back to 2M.

 

 

 

It just depends on how often you want to go to the top of the castle to get the resources. Most people wait a week or two as they can just collect and sell them all at once.

I usually put in 1.2m and dont come back for a week which puts me at 675k. But since your gonna visit everyday, it shouldnt matter when you visit, just be sure to keep your approval rating decently high (90%+)
