Ape Atoll DH Monkey guard exp rates?

Hello, i have just come to ask people of tip it if they know what the exp rates are for Ape Atoll Guards using Dharoks.

 

 

 

So what i am looking for are the following:

 

1. You exp rates.

 

2. What you used for pray

 

3. What you think my exp rate would be if i did not use Piety.

On topice: i spent alot of time there when i was training, i used super strength/attack and the relevant pray boots and with 88/80/70 i managed to gain around 55-60k xp an hour. Its not great, but it varies - they have obscene defence.

 

 

 

Go for an hour and try it out for yourself.
