If I use a Sc net and I am hunting salamanders or something like that will it double xp or would i have to catch imps with it?

I believe its only for the activity its supposed to be used for. So, no extra xp for salamanders.

I've never seen Sixth Sense nor Inception nor many other popular movies and I intend to keep it that way.
